Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy or use products and services at smartryou.com. Our one-to-one mentoring program is sold by SMARTER YOU PTY LTD (ABN 65 691 640 892), trading as SMARTR. The Smart Student Masterclass and our other courses are sold by Delta You. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean whichever of us sold you the product. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to them.

What you're buying

The Smart Student Masterclass is a live online training session (with Q&A) that teaches study skills. Some products include on-demand lessons, downloadable resources, community access, or recurring memberships, as described at checkout. Access is for your personal use.

Our one-to-one mentoring program is offered after a short application and a call with our team, on the fees and schedule set out in your offer.

Your account & access

Access is tied to your email. Please keep your access link private and don't share your account — access is granted for a single student/household. We may suspend accounts that share or resell access.

Payments & subscriptions

Prices and their currency are shown at checkout, and payments are processed by Stripe. One-time purchases are charged once; subscriptions and payment plans bill on the schedule shown at checkout until they complete or you cancel. You can cancel a subscription any time by emailing us.

Refunds

Our refund terms, the 30-day money-back guarantee and the Grade Guarantee are set out on our Refund & Guarantee page.

Results disclaimer

We teach a method for studying more effectively. Results vary, and they depend on each student's effort and circumstances. Apart from the Grade Guarantee, which covers only our one-to-one mentoring program and the 7-Week Smart Student Accelerator on the terms set out there, we do not guarantee any particular grade, mark, ATAR, or outcome. Any examples or testimonials are real, individual results, not promises. We are an independent education program and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any school, university, or examination authority.

Intellectual property

All course materials, videos, and resources are our intellectual property and are provided for your personal learning. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell them.

Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
